In this modern Boca Raton, Florida, waterfront residence, one guiding principle drives the interior design: contemporary luxury living. The designer, Jack Lonetto, is inspired by a series of angled lines throughout, highlighted in the ceiling detail, mirrored elements, and in the upholstered wall in the club room. The result is a home that feels sophisticated and effortless, where refined material choices and warm, livable finishes balance architectural drama.

The design narrative begins in the living room, where soaring two-story windows draw the outdoors inward. Framed by slender black mullions, the glass wall captures shimmering water views while flooding the space with natural light. Opposite this expanse, two double-height walls, one with a linear fireplace, anchor the room. Wrapped in textured stone with smoked-mirror detailing, they serve as a sculptural focal point without overwhelming the minimalist aesthetic. A neutral palette—soft whites, warm taupes, and browns —creates a calm foundation throughout the home. Layered atop are moments of contrast: matte-black accents, brushed-brass hardware, and richly veined stone surfaces that add depth and visual interest. 

The kitchen embraces clean-lined elegance with custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, and a waterfall-edge island that doubles as a social hub. In the nearby clubroom, a chic custom bar offers a perfect spot for entertaining, combining warm wood, metallic tile, and natural stone to create a moody, sophisticated atmosphere. Adjacent to the bar, a glass-enclosed wine cellar becomes a functional art installation. The space includes artistically arranged furnishings in a warm brown palette, a curated mix of textures, and an incredible view. Throughout the residence, the design never competes with its setting—it frames it. The interiors elevate waterfront living, proving that modern design, when thoughtfully executed, can be both striking and deeply inviting.
