Located in Manalapan, Florida, this spectacular residence was designed and built from the ground up into what is now a residential property featuring both ocean and intercoastal waterway views. If you’re looking to bring together clean lines, smooth textures, and modern details for a sophisticated, calm environment, then contemporary interior design is your solution. Senior Interior Designer Betsy Isackson displayed a perfect example of this design and feel in one of her latest projects, a Modern Contemporary Villa located in Tequesta, Florida. Isackson worked closely with a dream team, which included Village Architects and Affinity Construction, to bring this spectacular residence to life.
The tropical modern architectural style of this indoor-outdoor coastal home was a way to connect contemporary design with nature. There is a context of organic materials, like wood and natural stones, in most of the design elements, and the forms are not grand or overstated. The transparent anodized aluminum window frames are a throwback to mid-century modern homes.
The Decorators Unlimited just wrapped up celebrating 35 years, but by no means does that mean the celebrations are complete for these South Florida interior designers. Located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, the luxury interior design firm was recently awarded the Best of Houzz 2020 Award for design and service.
