Located in the prestigious Admirals Cove community in Jupiter, Florida, this waterfront estate epitomizes luxury living on the Intracoastal Waterway. Our client envisioned a home that her extensive family could enjoy during their visits. From a stylish bunkroom for the grandchildren to an award-winning clubroom, this home offers every amenity. The interior was custom-designed with warm neutral tones and soft blues, allowing our client’s art collection and the spectacular view to remain the focus. 

The clubroom, which recently won a Seaglass Award from Florida Design magazine, features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors leading to a large covered terrace. The bespoke bar features a stunningly lit natural quartzite countertop, a custom-built feature wall, and stools upholstered in a luxurious textile. The room was designed around a favorite painting, which was the inspiration for the space. 

Throughout the home, the transitional-style design strikes a balance between scale and intimacy, with grand gestures, such as sweeping glass walls, paired with intimate seating areas. Private spaces are equally well considered. Bedrooms are generous and serene, each offering a sense of retreat with calming tones, luxurious finishes, and unobstructed water views.
