In this contemporary family home in Wellington, Florida, the interior design combines luxe textures and neutral tones to create a chic vibe for a young family. Cheryl designed with a spacious kitchen that includes exceptional lighting fixtures, which the designer, Cheryl Sweeney, often calls “the jewelry for the room”. The living room’s focal point is a stunning two-story black marble fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. Cheryl designed a bespoke modern sculpture, which is a highlight of the space. A custom lighted accent wall leads to the upstairs. The home includes a thoughtful glass-enclosed office and a super-stylish clubroom replete with a media wall, a chic bar, and a dedicated golf simulator room. 

The bedroom suites include accent walls of stylish wallpaper. Inspired luxury interior design choices are layered throughout the home, with textiles and furniture. The palette is decidedly simple, except for a sweet pink bedroom suite designed for one of the girls. As with many homes in South Florida, the exterior living space takes center stage with design choices that are both stylish and functional. With design choices that flow from the interior, this is indoor/outdoor living for the South Florida lifestyle.
